The following rates are in effect for the 2007 season:

• March and April are $650 per week.
• May 1st through May 31st are $675 per week.
• The weeks before and after Easter (March 31st through April 14th) are $775 per week.
• June 1st through September 10th week are $800 per week.
• September 11th through October 31st are $675 per week.
• Rates between November 1st through February 28th are $550 per week
  (Monthly rates can be negotiated).
