• Check in time is 4:00 PM on Saturday.
• Check out time is 10:00 AM the following Saturday.
• Keys will be mailed after the total rental fee is received.
• Guest understands that the Dwelling is a privately owned villa and is being made available for rent.
• Guest agrees to indemnify Owner for any damages or loss to the Dwelling or to furnishings or to the grounds, caused by Guest’s negligence during Guest’s stay.
• NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN OR AROUND THE UNIT.
• Guest agrees to limit villa accommodations to six(6) people during the contracted rental period.
• PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE RENTAL PROPERTY.
• Guest will make no long distance calls except through use of personal credit card.
• Agent or authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises during business hours for any purpose connected with repair, care, or maintenance of the Premises.
• Guest agrees to abide by all the rules and regulation of the resort.
• If Guest violates any of the conditions or restrictions of this Agreement, an Agent designated by the owner may terminate this Agreement and enter the Premises.  Upon notice of termination of this Agreement, Guest shall vacate the Premises immediately.
• Deposit will be refunded only if cancellation is made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date.
